Our Companies
Catalysts for Clean Water Progress
Our portfolio companies operate at the forefront of clean water innovation—from climate resilience and smart filtration to community-based public-private partnerships. Together, these entities serve a diverse base of commercial, industrial, public, and utility clients where clean water is mission-critical.
01
Abtech Industries is a pioneer in precision water filtration, delivering advanced media solutions that target the most persistent and complex contaminants in water systems. With a focus on innovation, reliability, and environmental impact, Abtech goes beyond conventional GAC and resin-based methods to engineer smarter, scalable systems that solve compliance challenges and restore ecosystems. Trusted across industries and governments, Abtech empowers communities with cleaner water and a more sustainable future.
02
Community Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is redefining infrastructure delivery by placing communities at the center of the process. Departing from traditional engineering- and construction-led models that rely on time-and-materials contracts and reward effort over outcomes, CIP employs a performance-based approach that links compensation directly to measurable impact. In partnership with local governments and utilities, CIP accelerates project timelines, builds local workforce capacity, and aligns infrastructure investments with long-term goals for resilience, equity, and economic opportunity. By combining financial and technical expertise with a community-first mindset, CIP delivers smarter, faster, and more
sustainable infrastructure solutions.
03
Brisa Resilience delivers climate and stormwater infrastructure solutions that turn data into measurable impact. Using a two-part approach—Brisa Analytics and Brisa Solutions—the company helps cities, utilities, and industries identify environmental risks and implement high-performance infrastructure tailored to their goals. Brisa bridges strategy and execution with a model that links compensation to outcomes, not effort, ensuring clients see real, lasting results. Their mission: to make water systems a driver of sustainability, public health, and community resilience.
